A boutique award winning Bar, Cafe and Restaurant in Samford Village (25 mins from CBD) across the ranges of the Brisbane state forest, are searching for a Commis or Chef de Partie to join their successfully growing team.
They provide an intimate casual fine dining experience, with a French/Italian cuisine with Chefs that are passionate about the industry and the team they work with. Its all about quality food and even better service.
Open from Wednesday to Sunday, lunch and dinner only! This allows you a life outside of work, however split shifts will be involved on your rostered days. You will predominantly be looking after the larder and dessert section but may also have your hot section skills put to the test.
Requirements
We are looking for a long term candidate that is passionate about cooking.
The team and owners are passionate about the food industry.
You must be willing to:
- show your passion for food / cooking
- work in a fast paced environment
- work split shifts
- be able to take orders
- show initiative
