Working as a team, alongside their clients they design, develop and deliver building and land packages throughout Auckland. At capacity, this newly appointed role requires someone that is able to multitask effectively and converse with both large scale corporate clients and owner operator one man band companies. Based in their newly built offices, you'll be working alongside one of the directors who has been managing the tenancy ledger land packages throughout east Auckland. Having been doing the role for the past few years there will be a thorough handover with the roles duties.

This role will require someone that enjoys a challenge and isn't afraid of rolling their sleeves up 'boots and all' as they say. Day to day you'll be managing the administration for the rental schedule, legal documentation as well as all the moving parts that it involves. If you like the early worm, like the

Responsibilities

• Practical understanding of construction space and/or property management
• Management of administration particularly legal documentation
• Ensure rental ledger financials and timelines are met
• Reviewing project specifications and plans and have an understanding of all the moving parts
• Knowledge of construction projects, tendering and negotiation. 
• Consistently liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of land and and build management
• Building and maintaining healthy working relationships with key clients 

Requirements

• Experience effectively managing many moving parts
• Property management Leasing or commercial sales experience would be a bonus
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work well in a team as well as when being client-facing 
• Motivated individual with a positive attitude
