Job Description
Due to an organically growing Investment Services team, Colliers are looking for an experienced commercial sales professional to work alongside a highly successful team based in the Melbourne East. This role will see the right person leading the already established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of premium commercial investment properties in the Melbourne East & Regional Victoria. The key focus of the role will be investment grade assets that will have national and offshore significance, including childcare centres, petrol stations, fast-food restaurants and national branded retail assets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace.
Helping identify potential clients and properties to sell.
Leading a highly motivated team of specialised agency operators.
Analysing the sales potential of properties using the standard valuation models.
Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers
Coordinate marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, videos and site inspections.
Qualifications
Entrepreneurial and commercially astute with previous retail property sales experience
Tertiary qualifications in property, business or related discipline and real estate license
Excellent Communication skills both Written and Oral, ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholder
Understanding of local property market and current trends
Intermediate with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS-Project)
