Commercial Performance Manager

Location: Newbury - average of one day per week office based. (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)

The purpose of the role is to drive clarity around the commercial performance of the indirect segments across all channels and product lines and derive commercial initiatives and recommendations.  This is a highly analytical role, which can generate incredible value for the business through by providing the in-depth understanding of both internal and market trends.


 
What will you be doing?

 

  • Own a considerable A&R budget.
  • Set targets and KPIs for the channel, while guiding our sales teams in the most effective use of such investments, and will track the actual effectiveness. 
  • Have great exposure to channel heads, finance and partners.
  • Manage the ROI of £100+m A&R budget.
  • Deep understanding of segment insights and base dynamics to optimise commercial outcomes.
  • Define and implement commercial intervention with key stakeholders.
  • Work with Proposition and pricing on G2Ms to ensure commercial readiness.
  • Lead analysis of contractual KPIs and propose and negotiate new ones.

 

 

Who are we looking for?   

 

  • Strong and proven analytical skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Commercial or commercial finance experience.
  • Experience working with/in an indirect channel.
  • Strong communication skills.
