We are looking for people who can clearly communicate with customers from all walks of life, who are dependable to their core and who have the grit and tenacity to show up and work hard. Someone who is understanding when presented with a difficult situation but will find a solution that benefits the customer and the company alike.

About the role:

You will be making outbound calls in line with the expectation as well as facilitating inbound calls. Following up on warm leads and reaching out to cold leads and with your drive to succeed, turning those leads active. You will enjoy meeting targets to have the potential to earn commission on top of a generous base salary. You also have a supportive Team Leader who is there to motivate and guide you, giving you tips and regular one on one coaching to help you reach your goals.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to think on your feet and build relationships effectively.
• Ability to handle objections in order to achieve the intended outcome.
• Comfortable getting on the phones and dealing with all types of people.
• Relevant experience in outbound and/or inbound, ideally in sales. (Not necessary)
• Self-starter with a ‘Hit the ground running attitude’ 
• High level of resilience and understanding of people. 
• Exceptional Investigation and tracing skills.
• A positive attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Punctual and Honest.
• Driven to meet targets.

Responsibilities: 

• Collection of outstanding debt by phone, email and other platforms. 
• Making Outbound calls.
• Facilitating inbound calls for all areas of the business.
• Using your investigative skills to locate customers.
• Daily management of files with a focus on follow ups. 
• Personal Target Management. 

Skills & Experience: 

• Previous collection experience would see you hit the ground running.
• Sales at any level.
• Adaptability and prioritization will enable you to thrive in this role.
• Being methodical and process driven will allow you to coordinate multiple conflicting deadlines.
• Being a clear communicator, both verbal and written.
• The successful applicant must have a clean Police record.
• Pragmatic approach to all situations.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
