Colleague Accommodation Attendant

An exceptional guest experience begins with an exceptional colleague experience. You will be responsible for ensuring our colleague accommodations are maintained on a daily basis, and for newly arriving colleagues. The support you provide will ensure the accommodation area is well equipped and welcoming.

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Service and repair colleague accommodation units and public areas
• Maintain outdoor areas throughout the winter season
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Must live in employee accommodation due to potential on-call scenarios
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• General handyperson skills are necessary
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
• Class 5 BC drivers license with a clean drivers abstract required

Physical aspects include but are not limited to:

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 70 lbs
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending stairs and ramps
