Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Digital and Application Innovation Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) Manager to lead a team that empowers customer transformation on the Azure Platform. This is a customer-facing role, leading a deeply technical team of architects as trusted technical advisors to our customers.

Your team of CSAs empower Enterprise customers to innovate and create value by providing vision and expertise in all aspects of modern, cloud native, or low code application architecture and implementation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams of customer-facing architects and developers with technical expertise in application development on Azure PAAS services or similar public cloud services, and low code capabilities such as Power Apps.

Key responsibilities include:

• Hire, on-board, develop, coach, mentor and evaluate Cloud Solution Architects. Set a clear bar for role excellence, collaboration, and delivering impact.
• Build and manage the skills and experiences in the team to meet anticipated demand and collaborate with the area resource manager to drive effective capacity planning and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop teams that incorporate a mix of expertise across the end-to-end Azure PAAS and Power Apps platforms.
• Must possess exceptional cross-team collaboration and communication skills. Partner with all required Microsoft stakeholders in the subsidiary to land and drive role clarity, project assignment and effective cross-team collaboration
• Must possess strong Coaching skills. Empower your team to develop and share IP and effectively deliver services such as education workshops, technical assessments, and tailored guidance in their area of expertise.
• Drive operational excellence and high-quality reporting and insights.

Qualifications

Professional Skills

• Experience. 7+ years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or consultative delivery.
• Management. 5+ years of experience in people management.
• Change. 5+ years of experience driving change management or technical adoption.
• Collaboration. Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of customers.
• Communication. Thought leader with executive presence, including the ability to hold CxO and BDM level discussions, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.

Technical Skills 

• Proven ability to map the customer’s needs to technical solutions.
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure PAAS services and Power Apps or of similar competitors
• Empathy, curiosity, and desire to constantly improve, acquire new skills and drive for results.
• Demonstrated Technical leadership through prior technical coaching/leadership roles
• Ability to act on Customer Escalation needs, Unblock the customer through orchestration of right resources at the right time.
