Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
This position will coordinate, prepare, deliver, and evaluate clinical training and supervision program based on identified needs of GambleAware Multicultural Service staff and sessional clinicians/counsellors and GambleAware Provider Services clinical staff.

Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Masters Degree or higher in Clinical Psychology. Postgraduate qualifications must be of no less than two years-full time duration and include professional clinical coursework, clinical training and supervised placement experience
Registration: Membership with relevant professional body - the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as appropriate
Selection Criteria: * Tertiary qualifications in clinical psychology and current registration with the relevant professional body
Clinical experience working in mental health & addictions settings and working with clinicians and managers within diverse environments
Demonstrated experience in training and clinical supervision
Demonstrated experience, knowledge, understanding and commitment to patient safety, cultural safety, and quality management
Proven ability to initiate and plan change to drive quality outcomes in multidisciplinary environments.
Highly developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and liaison skills
Demonstrated experience in building rapport and establishing trust
Valid unrestricted NSW drivers licence
