The team works from a strong attachment framework and all assessment and treatment occurs within a relational (usually dyadic) framework - requiring specific understanding of both infant and adult clinical issues and needs. Prior experience and/or knowledge of these areas is desired but the team is very supportive and would ensure that mentoring and support would be available.
