The Clinical Research Coordinator coordinates and manages clinical trials conducted by members of the Division of Surgery and Anaesthetics at The Lyell McEwin Hospital, Modbury Hospital and other associated facilities, including assisting with the governance and operational functions. In this capacity the Clinical Research Coordinator contributes operational expertise to the coordination and implementation of research and administrative strategies that are essential to the successful management of clinical trials research conducted by the Research Unit within the Division of Surgery and Anaesthetics. This involves the conduct of a range of functions, including coordinating assessments required by clinical trial patients, managing the documentation and compilation of clinical research data, and providing operational support for the delivery of clinical trial submissions, reporting, and other approval requests that are required.
