About the role
Clinical Nurses – Goolwa (FT) or Yankalilla (0.6 FTE)
Key responsibilities include:
Review, coordinate and monitor the planning, implementation and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standards
Coach, mentor and supervise a team of nurses and care workers
Facilitate training and development opportunities
Complete reporting and documentation in line with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards, policies and procedures
Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with safety policies and procedures
Ensure that the physical, emotional and environmental wellbeing of residents is maintained
Monitor or administer medications
To be successful in the role you will have:
Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
National Police clearance
Working with vulnerable people clearance
Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
Demonstrated experience leading a small team
Experience providing quality care within an aged care environment
Ability to pass a functional assessment and drug and alcohol test
Registered Nurses – Part-time – Goolwa or Yankalilla
Key responsibilities include:
Complete reporting and documentation in line with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards, policies and procedures
Provide supervision and leadership to a team of healthcare professionals
Deliver specialised nursing care
Administer medications
Monitor clinical care plans
Participate in clinical auditing
To be successful in the role you will have:
Bachelor of Nursing
Current AHPRA registration
National Police and NDIS clearances
Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
Ability to pass a functional assessment and drug and alcohol test
Enrolled Nurses – Full-time or Part-time – (11pm to 7:30am shifts) – Goolwa
Key responsibilities include:
Complete reporting and documentation in line with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards, policies and procedures
Provide assistance to a team of registered nurses
Assist with assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of client care
Effective communication with a multi-disciplinary team
Participation in continuing professional development
To be successful in the role you will have:
Diploma in Nursing
National Police and NDIS clearances
Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
Ability to pass a functional assessment and drug and alcohol test
