Clinical Nurse Coordinator Operating Theatres Fixed term, Full time Are you looking for your next career move? This position will provide you with the opportunity to work in partnership with the Clinical Nurse Manager and other nurse coordinators to create an environment which supports and enhances clinical staff, while working as part of the organisation in a leadership and management role where your daily duties are governed by strategic nursing approach to patient centered whanau care. You will provide support and motivation to the theatre team in order to achieve positive patient outcomes, as well as meeting organizational and Ministry of Health targets. You must have a minimum of three - five years post graduate nursing experience, be innovative and confident in your ability to influence others and have the ability to make effective, timely decisions within a collaborative model
