HCA are delighted to be partnered with a great NFP provider who specialises in in providing support and care to clients living with Spinal Chord Injuries. We are looking for a strong RN with a leadership background to grow and develop a dedicated team. 

Working on site at their residential/ SIL facility the successful candidate will be required to: 

Provide leadership and professional role modelling

Staff selection, management, development and appraisal

Supervise and drive the provision of quality and comprehensive nursing care

Ensure the facility functions in line with quality standards, legislation and best practice guidelines

To be successful in the role you will have: 

Bachelor of Nursing

Registration with AHPRA

Significant post registration experience within a CNC/NUM role 

Current Police Clearance

Effective teamwork and relationship building skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Previous experience working with patients with spinal injuries (Desirable) 

*If you do not have experience working in a similar setting – Full training and guidance will be provided.
