Salary: up to $95k per annum

(depending on your level of experience)

About the Clinical Managers | Aged Care roles

Carejobz Recruitment has been asked by our client to recruit for 2 exciting opportunities for new Clinical Managers to join a dedicated team

There is a genuine opportunity on offer including a wide range of specialist pathways, leadership, and management development, and high trust, empowering environment where you can grow.

You will lead our client's wonderful clinical staff to ensure positive outcomes as well as developing and monitoring care plans, carry out clinical assessments, act as a trusted liaison between families, GP's and much more.

You can expect:

What you will need to apply for the Clinical Manager | Aged Care role

• Experience in leading and managing staff
• Substantial experience in the aged care facility
• 3-4 years post registration experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound management, analytical and decision-making skills
• InterRai training, E-case and medimap experience
• Knowledge of the health and disability sector standards and the ability to manage a robust quality system
• Excellent time management skills
