Clinical Director vacancy with salary up to Â£75,000, leading a team of 8 Vets. 6 weeks holiday and uncapped CPD allowance.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced or aspiring clinical director level Veterinary Surgeon to join this well-established and highly rated hospital. You will be leading a team of 8Vvets and 12+ nurses, with this in mind excellent communication, leadership and strategic qualities are very much required. Though previous experience in a senior-level position similar to a CD role may be advantageous, it is by no means essential, so we are also keen to hear from experienced vets who are hoping to make that 'next step'.

The rota and the normal working day are being restructured at present and this is something that the incoming clinical director will have an influence on, 4 long days and 5 shorter days are both equally an option in this instance. The split of clinical vs non-clinical is likely to be around 80/20 in favour of clinical work but this could also be discussed depending on the individual's needs.
