As a Clinical Coach, you will be involved in a range of projects focusing on delivering applications to enhance clinical workflow, thus optimising patient care. You will champion our organisational values by being committed to ‘making a healthy difference’ to the patient, their whaanau/family and the healthcare workforce.
Your desire to see improved workflow will be pivotal to the successful implementation to software solutions. You will utilise your skills, knowledge and expertise in the use of clinical information systems to provide at-the-elbow training and support to all clinicians during application implementation or during system upgrades. Additionally, you will be involved in facilitating a process for improvement during and after implementation.
