As a Clinical Coach, you will be involved in a range of projects focusing on delivering applications to enhance clinical workflow, thus optimising patient care. You will champion our organisational values by being committed to ‘making a healthy difference’ to the patient, their whaanau/family and the healthcare workforce.

Your desire to see improved workflow will be pivotal to the successful implementation to software solutions. You will utilise your skills, knowledge and expertise in the use of clinical information systems to provide at-the-elbow training and support to all clinicians during application implementation or during system upgrades. Additionally, you will be involved in facilitating a process for improvement during and after implementation.

As an HTT Clinical Coach, you will have the following attributes:

 This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your clinical skills and knowledge, combined with your interest in developing and supporting staff during a time of change, whilst maintaining patient safety. You’ll have an interest in Informatics and a curiosity for Information Technology (IT) systems that improve outpatients care and patient experience for example telehealth.

Preference for –

• Registered Nurse with current NCNZ APC
• Up to date PDRP
• Post Graduate Diploma (in-progress or completed)
• Three year’s recent clinical experience including outpatients
• Demonstrated experience in effective leadership including ability to coach and mentor
• Advanced problem solving, critical thinking, priority setting & planning skills
