Healthcare Australia, partnering with one of Australia’s largest Aged Care providers are on the search for a Clinical Care Manager based in beautiful Traralgon.

About the Role

Working in conjunction with the Home Manager and another CCM you will help drive the clinical excellence of the facility, ensuring clinical governance and adherence to the Aged Care Quality Standards is front of mind. This will include acting as a leader/mentor to the dedicated and passionate care staff of the home, implementing infection prevention & control measures, overseeing ACFI submissions, care plans and risk assessment.
