Healthcare Australia, partnering with one of Australia’s largest not-for-profit Aged Care providers are on the search for a Clinical Care Coordinator based on the Mornington Peninsula. 

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Residential Manager, your role is to provide clinical leadership and support to a team of dedicated staff and to ensure that the needs of the residents are met consistently, whilst upholding the values of the organisation and whilst complying with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

– A valid AHPRA Registration & unlimited work rights within Australia

– A commitment to excellence in the provision of aged care related services with a sound working knowledge of quality principles and accreditation standards

– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflict

– Strong planning, time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise accordingly

– Experience in working with the ACFI funding tool
