Due to continued new client growth, we're looking for an enthusiastic investor services associate to join the team.

Working within a small and collaborative environment, your main responsibilities include:

• Onboarding new investors - including processing new applications, and undertaking verification checks
• Provide exceptional customer service via call and email
• Undertake AML/CFT administrative tasks to ensure regulatory compliance
• Contribute to process improvement and other ad hoc projects

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Some experience in an administrative or client services role in the investment or banking sector
• Great organisational skills with keen attention to detail
• A real commitment to excellent customer experience
• The ability to think ahead, take the initiative and look for solutions
