We have an exciting opportunity to kick-start your corporate career!

This is a customer service and administration position within a renowned financial services company. You will be responsible for end to end services and administration associated with supporting new and existing business.

This role will involve both inbound and outbound calls, case management, and database administration in relation to Kiwisaver contributions.

You will have a strong eye for detail and accuracy with numbers, and an interpersonal customer approach. This is a fast-paced environment with a vibrant team of proactive members. You will have the scope to multi-task, problem solve and use your analytical skills in a role that offers variety and development.

Duties:

  • Case management
  • Inbound/outbound customer contact via phone and email
  • Collate application information relevant for new business
  • Provide support and information in relation to Kiwisaver products
  • Cross referencing compliance and documentation
  • Update and maintain customer database
  • Perform administrative duties accurately

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Excellent communication skills; both verbally and written
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to connect with customers and build rapport
  • Previous experience in a customer service and administrative role
  • Efficient computer software literacy
  • Proven experience in problem-solving
  • Effective team player
