Job Description

We are sourcing a customer focused Client Relationship Manager to take ownership for building sustainable and strategic relationships between Toll Global Forwarding and clients. Based in Westmeadows, this position reports into the Branch Manager and will be responsible for delivering a seamless and professional service that meets and exceeds the customers' expectations.

As the Client Relationship Manager, you will:

  • Identify supply chain opportunities that deliver value for both the client and Toll Global Forwarding
  • Review internal and external client reports, PBL Compliance and PO bookings to ensure information management integrity. 
  • Evaluate client profitability by undertaking frequent client reviews and optimise revenue by reducing cost to serve.
  • Support and drive client services and operations teams to deliver value to stakeholders, including mentoring and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in global freight forwarding operations and understanding of the market.
  • Previous experience managing a pool of clients, responsible for maintaining relationships and building new business.
  • A dedicated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment with the ability to self manage.
  • Strong attention to detail and resilience.
