Due to the increasing demand, we have an exciting opportunity for someone within the industry, that's already in the property scheme and is potentially looking for a new challenge to follow their passions and/or looking for a change of scenery and get immersed in the thriving interiors industry. A deign-lead business with a passion for uncovering their client's style & objectives as well as the stories they're wanting to share with the world, through integrating technology, bespoke creations to ultimately connect people to the story their representing.

The Role:

Our client is looking for a relationship/service manager who thinks on the feet, is flexible and has the ability to keep up with such a fast-paced role. The business is growing exponentially so the ability to wear many hats is essential. We're looking for someone dynamic that can think creatively, present proposals that come to life and visualise to their clients how spaces will work for them and their teams. We're open to backgrounds for this varied role, we're looking for people that have great networks within the industry, has their finger on the pulse of what's happening, from buildings being re-fitted, to new builds, There will be a high level of Business development and a core focus on building trusting relationships with internal and external parties. When it comes to what's breaking ground and what's to come, you'll be well ahead of the curve.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Market research, Prospecting, Lead generation, connecting and pitching.
  • Full cycle sales process, tracking, reporting and analysing data
  • Networking at various client functions/entertainment actives
  • Project & project knowledge encompassing every moving part (360 degrees)
  • Client and Relationship management, strategy & reach

Experience Needed:

  • Capable of on the spot, hands-on problem solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including partnership & teamwork.
  • Impeccable (written & oral) communication & relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to make wise decisions using own initiative based on a combination of good judgement and common sense.
  • Persuasion & influencing skills, in personal sales / service relationships.
  • Innovative in regard to developing new strategies or solutions, with an innovation in sales focus skill set.
  • Business literacy & numeracy ability to ensure relevant, timely & accurate reporting.
  • Highly motivated self-starter, able to work on own initiative with limited direction.
  • Very organised with the ability to effectively prioritise time and work.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality, and market sensitive detail in all business & personal contexts. Have a calm, pleasant, confident and helpful manner - positive attitude.
