About the Role:

As a Client Manager in the Human Resources team at Beyond Recruitment, you'll be partnering closely with our customers, building relationships, understanding their business and delivering successful outcomes through effective talent pooling of high calibre candidates. This opportunity will allow you to engage with some of New Zealand’s largest commercial and public sector organisations.

There is a readily available portfolio of qualified contacts, outstanding contract management infrastructure and support across the business. There is a large number of PSA accounts that will require significant management and delivery.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have a natural sense of urgency, the desire to be successful and be prepared to do what it takes. You will have previous agency recruitment experience, ideally in Human Resources, Business Support or another Professional Services discipline. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and contractors, with the necessary skills to articulate yourself and hold meaningful professional conversations.
