An exciting opportunity exists for a Client Engagement Manager to join our Client Solutions team in Wellington. In this diverse and influential role you will collaborate with organisations in the Public Sector and co-create solutions to help them meet their Recruitment and People objectives. This will typically involve scoping their overall recruitment needs, consulting on the employment market, and also leading more wide-ranging projects such as Broader Outcomes initiatives.

As the client engagement manager you will qualify clients' recruitment needs, present our suite of services and products including our class-leading digital suite of tools, help customers to elevate their employment brand as well as scope and consult on larger scale projects.

You will be part of a small and successful team with a primary focus on identifying and converting growth opportunities within our Government portfolio across New Zealand. Additionally, you will support our internal teams by growing their understanding of the public sector, translating our customers' needs,

increasing their commercial acumen, sharing market insights and supporting them to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you will be doing

• You will grow our revenue and influence across our account base
• Co-design and execute the sales strategy across Randstad's government accounts
• Build and develop professional relationships at senior levels - both internal & external
• Drive coordinated sales initiatives across our multi-disciplinary teams to ensure we meet our commercial objectives while delivering on our promises to our clients
• Overseeing our service delivery in a way that retains and grows our partnership with our client base
• Presenting industry data to customer groups
• Lead and support projects such as the adoption of digital HR technologies that deliver better customer outcomes

What will you need to succeed

• A customer-centric, solution-oriented mind-set
• A working knowledge of the Public sector and the recruitment industry would be an advantage
• Proven experience in business development, account growth, developing relationships
• Able to think strategically and act operationally
• Comfortable to work and communicate at all levels, with diverse stakeholders
