Position
Reinforce In-Store Clienteling:
Oversee the implementation and continued use of existing clienteling tools, animating and embedding in store; collating qualitative feedback for continuous improvement
Develop & Drive In-Store strong Clienteling Mindset:
Mentor the client development community; sharing best practices and support in achieving their store client development objectives through regular engagement
Be the liaison between the Client Service Centre and stores for all customer queries and issues
In partnership with the Retail/ Client Managers define store/client activities based on business needs and objectives, within the annual budget
Collaborate with Retail teams to define client targeting strategy and support the management of in-store events to ensure high level of attendance and ROI
Design regional store actions and private client relations budgets; monitor investments, while tracking qualitative and quantitative results
Support the recruitment activities of all new high worth potential clients; ensuring the community meets their objectives
Develop and execute targeted and general client communications including Mailings & E-Mailings
Client Development
Create unique client experiences to nurture and develop the top clients of Louis Vuitton in the region
Develop and roll-out regional client gifting strategy to drive business
Identify clients for international key events (HJ,HWM, Fashion shows)
CRM Database Management
Generate client insights through analysing the client database, in order to produce business recommendations and improvements
Influence and guide store teams to ensure the highest level of data integrity, enhanced the use of tools through animation and training and gathering feedback on uptake
Analyze the clientele structure of the store and how well the client mindset cascades through the teams
Monitor and maximise ROI through improving our client segmentation, profiling and targeting
Review and maintain the appropriate allocation of client lists
Business Development
Nurture and develop relationships and synergies with third-parties and department stores to generate additional business, monitoring ROI
Proactively source and propose possible business development opportunities
Maintain the internal database for all current and potential business partners and crucial industry contacts
Event Development & Management
In partnership with the Events Manager, develop recommendations for exceptional events that respond to current business strategy and Brand vision while maximising ROI
Recognize opportunities and potential for events either in-store or offsite to develop the brand and business stream
Strategic, operational and creative planning of events alongside the Events/Clienteling/Merch teams or external third parties as appropriate
Team Development
Lead and engage the team, while fostering and embedding a clienteling mindset across the business
Supervise recruitment, evaluation and development of the team/direct reports, maximising individual potential and ensuring succession plans in place for key Leverage the Apartment across Clienteling activites
Steering Committee
Be an active member of SteerCo (regional senior leadership team) and a Brand ambassador
Collaborate in driving corporate projects and local initiatives, tracking ROI of all business partnerships
Profile
As the Client Development & Events Director you will be an ambassador of the brand and act as the regional expert for the UK, Ireland, & South Africa network to develop the brand’s business by increasing client loyalty and identifying and seizing client development opportunities. You will develop an annual budget and client development strategy for all stores within the region in line with the brand’s vision, defining and monitoring client related objectives for each store and support the implementation of the Zone’s client development priorities adapted to the local market. You will lead and inspire the Client Development and event team, and animate the local store network through an active presence in stores.
