About the role and who we are looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cleaner Supervisor to work at our Senior Living site (Nurse Maude) in Christchurch. Hours of work are permanent full-time.

You will be responsible for:

In this position you will be responsible for supervising and undertaking cleaning and housekeeping duties in accordance with client contract, delegating duties to housekeeping staff, developing and maintaining excellent client and customer relations and preparing rosters. You will maintain a high level of housekeeping standards and deliver services which exceed client expectations. Cleaning and supervisor experience would be an advantage, as you will be leading a small team.

Ideal skills and experience you will have:

Ideally you will already have some experience and knowledge of working in commercial cleaning and will have a flexible attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative and with others. You will have attention to detail and will be willing to go the extra mile but most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for customer service and quality.

To be considered for this position you: 

• will be a New Zealand citizen or resident or be in position of a valid NZ work visa.
• will need to Pass a Pre-employment Background Check
• will need to provide evidence of your Covid-19 vaccination status
