Job Description
What the team do:
- Proudly prepare the stadium for football matches to the high standards expected when fans arrive at one of the UK’s finest stadiums to watch top level football players during match days
- During games maintain all areas of the stadium to maintain the customer experience of up to 53,400 ticket holders whilst they enjoy the match
- Following each game (OCS Recover the stadium within 24 hours of the final whistle) clean the stadium from top to bottom over a number of days
- Outside of match preparation and games we also deliver cleaning to the stadium headquarters and academy where the players train so there is always something going on
- Team members may also support other OCS sites in the Manchester Area for variety and extra hours with agreement from their line management which is actively supported.
What we are looking for in new team members:
- An eye for details and high standards of work
- A knowledge and awareness of how to work safely
- Good equipment care and correct storage
- Customer focus
- Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
- To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided if necessary.
Skills our team members possess: Training will be given for the right candidates
The ability and drive to work on varied cleaning tasks, as part of a friendly team including;
- Use of scrubber driers
- Use of waste management equipment such as compactors
- Logistics work such as setting up hospitality suites.
- Mopping
- Sweeping
- Dusting
- Moving & emptying bins
- Cleaning washrooms
- Touch point cleaning.
