ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting a number of Claims Payment Administrators to join us on a fixed term basis in our Claims Payment team.

These roles will see you efficiently manage a portfolio of non-active claims and process all claims payments.  You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including preparation and processing of payments and requesting and reviewing medical and financial information. ABOUT YOU:

  

For this role, you will need to demonstrate the following experience and key attributes:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a busy administration role in a corporate environment.  
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Highly skilled in the MS office including Word and Excel.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and good organisational skills
  • An understanding of the insurance industry(beneficial).
  • Knowledge in finance or accounting principles (beneficial)
