Role Purpose

This is a great time to be a part of a digital, energetic Fintech team, to help us disrupt and grow the insurance business exponentially in Europe.  If you are passionate about Fintech, digital products, making a great impact in our customers’ lives, driving results, and customer happiness then this is a great opportunity for you.

As a part of insurance team you will be the champion of claim and procurement process of all insurance activities within insurance squad. You will manage end-to-end claim process, improve customer claim experience and offer best-in-class digital claim experience. You will manage procurement activities and ensure best procurement process and cost structure is in place in every country that we offer insurance service. 

This is highly visible and impactful role within group, a key element of the role is to have great communication skills and ensure close relation between various stakeholders, team members in Vodafone operating countries, Vodafone Group and other teams. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, can do attitude, ambition to drive big outcomes are key to success in this role

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Lead all insurance claim process and activities working closely with all stakeholders (sales, product, IT, CVM, marketing teams etc in group and local management teams
  • Responsible from end to end claim journey, claim rates, procurement process, procurement cost and overall customer happiness via claim journeys.
  • Constantly monitor, track commercial KPIs with local and group stakeholders
  • Work with 3rd party partners to implement best claim process and SLAs for superior customer experience
  • Use analytics and business performance data from local and group teams to support decision process  specific to a country  
  • Lead end-to-end procurement process and find ways to improve customer experience with optimum cost structure
  • Ability to work and guide business cases together with Finance team partners.
