As Chief People Officer your focus will be on building organisational capability and performance to enhance the employee experience. You will be responsible for providing organisational leadership in developing, enhancing and executing the workforce strategy and people plan in support of the Public Service Commissions' overall strategic direction
You will be a trusted advisor to our highly regarded executive leadership team, working with them to create a high-performance, inclusive culture and deliver an attractive employee value proposition that role models the best of the Public Service.
You will be a skilled communicator, collaborator, facilitator and engaging leader able to inspire others. You will lead the development and delivery of organisational capability activities to support a positive workplace culture where development, diversity and inclusion and a commitment to MÄori are highly valued.
You will have significant experience in organisational leadership and with hands-on experience across the broad range of people and culture activities including strategy, organisational development, employment relations and change.
