Upskill Me bridges the gap between education and employment through immersive career programmes and a pioneering community platform. Existing clients include: Google, Meta, Dyson & UCB. Our investors include BGV, Resolution Ventures and a range of high profile angel investors. 

Our new community platform helps large employers to inspire, engage and nurture students aged 16-25 throughout the early careers recruitment cycle. Our platform demystifies employer brands and builds authentic connections with students in a mobile-first and accessible way, converting prospective students into passionate and informed high quality recruits. We're looking for a Chief Operations Officer to help us scale, raise investment and shape the future of our platform.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with raising our next round of funding with existing and new investors 
• Create a go-to-market strategy and 5 year growth plan
• Take ownership of financial budgets, metrics and KPI reporting 
• Lead on Product Management with our tech team
• Scale our team post investment
