Job Introduction

Are you a great chef and a self confessed foodie! We're looking for a talented, passionate and enthusiastic chefs at all levels to join our Sodexo Live! Kitchen Brigade across Central London.

Our Cafés and Restaurants are located amongst inspiring and breath taking venues across Central London. We are looking for motivated individuals who will be able to create their own masterpieces, in the form of delightfully presented lunches and beautiful afternoon teas, as well as spectacular light bites and treats. 

The emphasis is on fresh, tasty food prepared daily, Everything is made in our kitchen is made from scratch, incorporating seasonal ingredients where possible.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have previous experience of high volume catering and be used to working in a fast paced, busy kitchen environment and should be able to demonstrate;

• A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop craft skills in a fast paced environment
• A passionate interest in the catering industry
• Good kitchen practice, knowledge of food preparation and ingredients
• Ability to prioritise and multi task
• Good understanding of English, both written and orally
• Strong communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Basic food hygiene 

There are both full time and part time positions available working from 8am – 6pm approx. throughout the week and at weekends. We also cater for occasional evening events, which you may be required to work at.
