What’s the role about?
We have an exciting opportunity available to join us as a Chef, working in our new national distribution centre in Fenny Lock!
Do you have a passion for delivering high quality meals this role could be for you! As a Chef, you'll work alongside our enthusiastic catering team and provide nutritious, delicious meals for our Partners to enjoy whilst maintaining the highest possible kitchen standards.
Please note - the pay range for this role is £10.53 - £13.80 dependent on your level of experience
Full time 37.5 hours per week
Working 5 days out of 7 day on a rota shift pattern, 07:00-19:30
Part time 15 hours per week
Working Saturday & Sunday, shifts are 07.00-15.00 and 11.30-19.30

More on what you'll be doing?
Producing food to the highest standards and quality.
Assisting the daily food preparation process, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
Take an active part in menu preparation and sharing in the collective development of the food.
Responsible for ensuring all relevant kitchen sections meet all regulations including the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Ensure the administration of Food preparation is accurately recorded to management information and food safety requirements.
Essential experience/qualifications
Good Basic Education - GCSEs - A Levels or Vocational equivalents
Recognised Food Production Certificate. City & Guilds 706 1 & 2 or equivalent
Operational experience in staff dining rooms, canteens or hospitality at a supervisory level.
Desirable experience/qualifications
Working towards Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 3
Basic computer skills
