Chef

Blue Arrow is excited to be working with a well know Hotel chain, supporting them with their recruitment for a Chef to be based at one of their hotels in Sittingbourne. You will be working alongside another Chef in the kitchen delivering quality food in a timely manner to hotel guests.
Main Responsibilities include-

• Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
• Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
• Overseeing all kitchen operations.
• Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
• Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
• Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
• Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.

Hours- 40 hours per week, will include some evenings and weekends. No set hours, you will be able to decide what shift pattern is best alongside the current Chef.
Salary - Â£25,000- £28,000 depending on experience
