Chef | Mount Stuart Hospital | Fixed Term Contract - 37.5 Hours

This role will be supporting the day to day running of a busy hospital kitchen, Leading the team, therefore experience in running a kitchen is essential.
What you'll bring with you
The Essentials
City and Guilds 706 – 1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
Current level 2 food hygiene certificate
Experience in running a catering department
The Desirables
Current level 3 food hygiene certificate
Knowledge of special dietary requirement
Key responsibilities include:
Food preparation and delivery for hospital patients, staff & visitors in line with all Ramsay catering policies and key performance indicators, ordering and stock control, supervising the catering team on a day to day basis, some aspects of paperwork and general support in running the kitchen in accordance with our food safety manual.
