Our small restaurant is a multiple award winner, we cook only with wood fire and charcoal.
We're looking for a full time or 2 part-time Chefs. In this role you will reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will be expected to assist in all areas of the kitchen.
We'll train you to properly cook a South American BBQ. grilling meat in large scale, making orders, supervise chef assistant and dishwashers. Also making doll, pastries, sauces and salads, cutting meat, washing dishes, cleaning, organizing and helping the Head Chef.
Qualified chefs or with experience is an advantage. Opportunity of career progression.
