The Lone Star Gisborne is looking for two full-time Chef de Partie's with a minimum of one year experience and the necessary qualifications to join the team at Lone Star Gisborne. Previous Lone Star experience would be an advantage.

The Lone Star is famous for providing quality food to our guests using only the best and freshest produce.

This is a challenging and exciting role for someone with initiative, energy, and passion.

REQUIREMENTS:If you —

• Are passionate about serving guests great food.
• Enjoy working in a systemized, structured but fun environment. You will possess —
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong team skills
• The ability to maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
• The ability to assist in managing stock-taking, food cost controls, and staff
• The ability to remain cool and calm during stressful times
• The ability to make quick decisions and prioritize when necessary
• The ability to follow long-standing and successful systems and procedures.
