We are looking to build our team in our Auckland Air New Zealand International Lounge at Auckland Airport, and are now looking for superb Chef De Parties. Hours of work are Permanent Full Time across 7 days, with the shift timings being 20:00 - 04:00.

Your responsibilities:

At Compass Group we have partnered with Air New Zealand as one team to create an incomparable lounge experience that people value and remember. Our Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving top quality meals for our customers. You will need to be able to cook within budget, assist with ordering and menu development as well as ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers through allergen and nutrition management. You will also be assisting with general kitchen and cleaning duties.

About you:

If you're our perfect candidate you will be a hardworking, team player who is able to work under pressure with a positive "can-do" attitude. You will have demonstrated culinary experience within a large production based environment at a management level and at least 2 years' experience of kitchen leadership. You will have proven ability to lead a team by building a motivated and cohesive unit. Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.

• be a New Zealand citizen or resident or be in position of a valid NZ work visa.
• need to Pass a Pre-employment Background Check.
• need to provide evidence of your Covid-19 vaccination status OR may need to provide evidence of a Covid-19 vaccination status.
