  • Experience in the UCaaS/CCaaS industry or technology experience, exhibiting experience in systems integrator/solution provider partner management.
  • Experience developing strategy, vision, joint structured business/Go-To-Market plans, and establishing metrics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or a Master's degree in management or management consulting.
  • Experience with systems integrators and channel sales.
  • Technical foundation, understanding cloud business drivers, and experience with cloud and/or hardware/operating systems.
  • Ability to be solutions-oriented and reach goals.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and have high standards on achieving results with success working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills, including being decisive and a team mindset.

About the job

As a Channel Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting industry regional (North America) system integrators and solution providers with Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). You will be responsible for evaluating potential partners, leading exploratory discussions, educating, enabling, developing business opportunities, supporting sales, creating joint go-to-market (GTM) plans, and executing on those plans.

You will provide thought leadership to partners and executives around business opportunities. Your strong business acumen and understanding of technology will enable you to lead a solution category.

Using your influential and relationship building skills, you will be focused on establishing and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will liaise with internal Google teams including Channel, Independent Software Vendor (ISV), Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Engineering, staying on top of industry trends, provide feedback from the field partners as well as customers to continue to enhance our products.

As a member of the Chrome OS team, you inspire leading companies, schools, and government agencies to work smarter with Google solutions like Chrome, Google Cloud Platform, and Google Workspace. Using your passion for Google products, you help share the innovative ability of our products, to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

Responsibilities

  • Research UCaaS and CCaaS industry regional system integrators and solution providers that we should be developing strategic partnerships with.
  • Partner cross-functionally with the Chrome OS Business Development, Channel, Systems Integrator/Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Technology team to help identify and pursue partners and business opportunities in a consultative manner.
  • Recruit partners by delivering compelling value propositions and speak to the customer needs within the industry segments and goal markets.
  • Develop compelling partner facing assets and collateral jointly with Marketing to motivate partners to focus on Chrome OS.
  • Engage C-level executives at the regional system integrators and solution providers driving the Chrome OS narrative to motivate partners to invest in Chrome OS.
