As a Channel Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting industry regional (North America) system integrators and solution providers with Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). You will be responsible for evaluating potential partners, leading exploratory discussions, educating, enabling, developing business opportunities, supporting sales, creating joint go-to-market (GTM) plans, and executing on those plans.
You will provide thought leadership to partners and executives around business opportunities. Your strong business acumen and understanding of technology will enable you to lead a solution category.
Using your influential and relationship building skills, you will be focused on establishing and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will liaise with internal Google teams including Channel, Independent Software Vendor (ISV), Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Engineering, staying on top of industry trends, provide feedback from the field partners as well as customers to continue to enhance our products.
As a member of the Chrome OS team, you inspire leading companies, schools, and government agencies to work smarter with Google solutions like Chrome, Google Cloud Platform, and Google Workspace. Using your passion for Google products, you help share the innovative ability of our products, to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.
