Role Title: Channel Activation Manager
Location: London Paddington/Newbury
Role purpose:
The Digital Apps portfolio is distributed through different channels in all the relevant Vodafone Markets. The channels can be direct and indirect field or desk-based salesforce in the OPCOs as well as Digital Sales or Marketplace. Digital Apps, SaaS and their Managed Services sales requires well trained sales reps in order to be able to gather and qualify customers’ needs, deliver effective storytelling with a state-of-the-art set of customer contents and collaterals. In this role, you will:
Assess the current status of the sales enablement across all channels, build and execute a training plan to fix the gaps accordingly with the portfolio rollout;
Explore new ways to engage sales communities, building and updating knowledge and capabilities ensuring the higher share of reps will confidently propose Digital Apps to Vodafone existing and new customers
Develop sales collaterals, accordingly with the Marketing guidelines and the Portfolio contents, and ensure all the sales reps have them easily available localised in all the markets
You will be ambitious, innovation hungry with a customer first mentality. You will have a good balance of technical and commercial acumen. You will also support customer solution development embracing new technologies and economic models as and when required.
