About the Team
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is the lead agency of the NSW Transport cluster. Our role is to lead the development of a safe, efficient, integrated transport system that keeps people and goods moving, connects communities and shapes the future of our cities, centres and regions.
We work with several government agencies to coordinate road, rail, bus and maritime services, always keeping the safety and comfort of our customers at the heart of what we do.
The opportunity
Right now, we have an opportunity for a Change Manager to join our People Transformation and Change branch supporting our Greater Sydney division.
The primary purpose of the role is to ensure a consistent change approach by managing scope and change proposals for the programs of projects in order to assess the scope and change impacts and to identify risk for project schedules, resource allocations between interfacing projects and impacts to achievements of key milestones

About you
You are a collaborative Change Manager with proven experience delivering people solutions (people plans) that enhance businesses ways of working.
A key influencer you will be able to demonstrate capability in delivering large scale people change programs within complex organisations where innovative solutions have a business impact.
A strong relationship builder, you will collaborate and communicate effectively with leaders, your own team and project teams to deliver results.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Grade 9A ($138,670) - 9E ($155,309) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
