On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Change Manager - Bilingual English/Spanish.

Change Manager - Bilingual English/Spanish – Job Description

• Candidate will be working on a project focused on the automation of workflows and digitization of paper documents

• Attend meetings with stakeholders to define the change across user groups

• Compiling a communication plan and strategy

• Preparing communications for management review

• Using recording tools for videos

• Working with Confluence, Teams, Camtasia and/or Figma

• Outlining and executing change management strategies to end users and stakeholders

• Creation and monitoring user feedback from surveys

• Setting up conference calls for demos or management updates

Change Manager - Bilingual English/Spanish – Mandatory Skills

• Bilingual English and Spanish (written and oral)

• 5+ years of previous experience in a change management role or as a communications specialist

• 3-5 years of experience working with Confluence, Teams and Figma

• 3-5 years of previous banking experience

• Strong communication skills

• Relationship building/works well collaboratively

• Ability to navigate difficult situations

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Undergraduate degree is mandatory

Change Manager - Bilingual English/Spanish - Nice to Have Skills

• Knowledge of commercial banking

• Previous Project Management experience

• Certification in change management or communications

• Certification in change management or communications is preferred

• Previous Project Management experience is preferred
