About the Role
The Change Lead is a senior member of the Enterprise Change Office and plays a key role in the successful delivery of the organisation's strategic priorities through the delivery of people focused change management. This is a critical hands-on role in leading change activities, at all levels of the organization to support business readiness for change and embedding new ways of working
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement change strategies and plans for strategic projects. Conduct change impact analysis and identify readiness, resistance, risks and key stakeholders.
Partner with Project Managers ensuring change is fully integrated into project plans.
Engage and coach people leaders to achieve successful change implementation and adoption.
Prepare reports, briefings and presentations to support and influence stakeholders to achieve project objectives and support successful transition for teams and individuals.
Engage with and support leaders and teams to achieve successful adoption of change initiatives.
Hands on end-to-end management of all change and communications activities including identifying and responding to any issues or risks that may impact the change.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience and success in leading and implementing large scale digital transformational change projects within a complex environment, delivering on organisational objectives and building employee engagement through the process.
Advanced knowledge and experience in experience applying organisational change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Demonstrated success in leading and implementing transformational change within a complex environment, delivering organisational objectives and building employee engagement through the process.
Experienced in coaching and supporting people leaders through change initiatives, knowing how and when to intervene at the individual and team level
Experienced in managing digital change projects involving process re-engineering and system implementation.
A relevant tertiary qualification and extensive experience in a similar position and organisation.
Change Management certification in a methodology such as PROSCI (and ADKAR Change Model), Change First or similar program.
