L’Oréal is entering an exciting new phase as part of its People roadmap, with the overhaul of its existing HR systems architecture and the roll-out of SuccessFactors. This project is key to L'Oréal's HR transformation strategy, and will enable L'Oréal to reinvent the way all people activities are managed.
L'Oréal UKI is looking for a Change Executive to support the Head of Change to deploy the change management strategy across all People Tech projects, in partnership with the People Tech team.
You will
Reporting to the Head of Change, you will be responsible for activating and supporting the implementation of the change strategy by:
• Supporting on the communication plan and adapting materials to meet local needs, including ownership of the monthly newsletter and other communication channels
• Adapting the Global Change toolkit for HR, Managers and Employees
• Supporting with the roll out of local training plans, adjusting materials and training plan as required
• Track training completion and feedback
• Present with the Head of Change on key initiatives and updates to the HR Community
• Work with a variety of different stakeholders across the business, championing the change at all times
• Animate a community of Change Partners and HR whilst continuously adapting the engagement plan pending on the status of the project
• Work with the Head of Change, UKI and the Global Change Management team, and the People Tech team, providing ongoing feedback and sharing best practices
• Continuously look at creative and innovative ways to best communicate and embed the change in the organisation
• Own the scheduling and organisation of events, training and other key meetings as part of the change plan

• Experience of working in a customer centric role and/or communications/change
• Good attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience building relationships
• Ability to manage & prioritise workload & work to deadlines
• Brilliant communication skills and a passion for projects
• Strong planning and organisation skills – with the ability to re-prioritise as required
• The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines
• Have experience being a collaborative team player to drive engagement and help get the best out of people
