Data & Analytics Change & Communications Manager

The Data & Analytics Change & Communications Manager will take a leading role in creating and implementing change management plans as part of a major Data & Analytics change programme – Nucleus – and driving adoption across Group and local markets. The role will also be actively involved in driving the communications strategy for Group Data & Analytics (D&A), keeping our colleagues informed of D&A activities, creating a sense of community across D&A globally and helping to promote the department externally.

What will you be doing?

  • Design the change management strategy for the Nucleus programme:
  • Communication plan for various levels of the organisation (c-suite to junior analyst)
  • Own the change management plan and represent change management at relevant Nucleus governance bodies
  • Launching solutions in local markets
  • Marketing solutions including the business benefits
  • Internal communications
  • Training materials
  • Business partnering
  • Partnering with local teams to embed new solutions in existing performance management processes and forums
  • Ensure business acceptance and facilitate change requests that enable full adoption across markets
  • Create and deliver engaging and effective communications for multiple channels, including website, email, video, print and events.
  • Continually seek out ways to improve existing communication channels and processes to help us better reach and engage employees.
  • Support the Senior Manager, D&A Governance, Change & Comms with ad hoc projects


Who are we looking for?

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and create compelling content that engages employees at all levels from C-suite to junior analysts
  • Ability to engage employees in a cross-functional, complex international environment
  • High level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Skilled at using modern communication techniques, including online videos, mobile applications internet portals etc
  • Change management 
  • Knowledge of telecoms industry and the business use of reporting, visualisation and analytics preferred
