Data & Analytics Change & Communications Manager

The Data & Analytics Change & Communications Manager will take a leading role in driving the communications strategy for Group Data & Analytics (D&A), actively keeping our colleagues informed of D&A activities and creating a sense of community across D&A globally. The role will also support with creating and implementing change management plans for the adoption of BI & analytics solutions across Group and local markets.

You will

• Lead the creation, publication and management of Vodafone Group D&A -wide internal communications plan and calendar incorporating all sources of compelling content.
• Manage the Group D&A Newsletter, Workplace and SharePoint management platform. 
• Create and deliver engaging and effective communications for multiple channels, including website, email, video, print and events.
• Continually seek out ways to improve existing communication channels and processes to help us better reach and engage employees.
• Support D&A product owners with change and communications activities for new BI solutions 
• Support the Senior Manager, D&A Governance, Change & Comms with ad hoc projects.

You must have

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and create compelling content that engages employees at all levels from C-suite to junior analysts
• Ability to engage employees in a cross-functional, complex international environment
• High level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
• Skilled at using modern communication techniques, including online videos, mobile applications internet portals etc
• Change management 
• Knowledge of telecoms industry and the business use of reporting, visualisation and analytics preferred
