What you'll to day to day

As a high-impact leader, reporting to an Area Manager, you will be passionate about delivering amazing learning outcomes for our children and you'll take pride in the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre! Being a great communicator and building fantastic relationships will be in your DNA.

What we are looking for

• B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification
• Strong understanding of planning and assessment, pedagogy and curriculum
• Sound knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
• You are an innovator, both in input and output - being part of simplifying the way we do things excites you!
