Goodstart Early Learning Harristown have a wonderful and rewarding position available for an experienced Centre Director to join our team. This Centre is part of a unique initiative being run by Goodstart offering an intensive, integrated approach to Enhancing Children's Outcomes (EChO).

Goodstart Harristown is a 138 Place Service, providing a fun and stimulating learning environments from Nursery to Kindergarten. Our curriculum is developed in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework, and we work with parents and families to ensure the children's individual needs and interests are at the centre of the learning experience.

Harristown is a residential suburb of the beautiful town of Toowoomba (known as the Garden City), and just 90 minutes from Brisbane. A great place to live and a great place to raise a family.

Your Impact!

We're looking for an inspiring and visionary Leader to build a highly motivated team, providing high quality educational programs to our children and strong community connections.

We have a team of qualified, dedicated educators who are committed and passionate about delivery the highest possible care and education to our children and their families.

You'll help achieve this by

• Having a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA Equivalent;
• Have strong communication skills, both written & verbal
• Delivering our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice;
• Building fantastic relationships with families through daily contact in person and using specialist social media tools;
• Work closely with your Administration Officer to build attendance through community networks and national attraction programs
