Our club, shortly to celebrate its 150th anniversary, and with over 1,000 members seeks an experienced caterer to manage the kitchen facility. Catering responsibilities are diverse and principally comprise;
An arrangement will be negotiated with the appointee who will operate independently and retain catering income. There is an obligation to provide food at all times that the bar is open. We would be open to discussions regarding sub-leasing the large commercial kitchen.
This is not a full-time role and would suit an enthusiastic individual with other business interests prepared to be adaptable and contribute to the spirit of the club.
