We are looking for an enthusiastic Permanent Full Time Catering Assistants to work at our Defence Site in Ohakea, Palmerston North! This full time role is 30hrs per week rostered across 7 days.

You will be responsible for:

In this position you will be responsible for the food & beverage delivery to the clients, assisting in basic food preparation and presentation and general dining hall duties. You will also provide outstanding customer service, and assist with general kitchen and cleaning duties.

Ideal skills and experience you will have:

If you're our perfect candidate you will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude. Ideally you will already have some experience working in a similar position and hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167) or be happy to train for one. You will have superior customer service skills but, most importantly, you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
